Fees, Payments and Refunds Policy

Any offer of a place at UniHaven is made on the understanding that the student has informed us that they/their parents/their guardians have sufficient funds to pay for their tuition and all associated study fees in full and have the financial means to support themselves for the entire duration of their programme.  Where relevant and agreed, we will accept fees on students’ behalf from their sponsors (i.e., Government, corporate etc.) but only when such agreements have been confirmed in writing.  All fees are associated with UniHaven programmes and services only. They do not include the fees for the third level University partner a student progresses to.

Payments for UniHaven programmes are to be made through Transfermate, our secure third-party provider of payment services. Transfermate has a network of local banks/accounts globally which allows our students to benefit from and is fully GDPR compliant:

  • No international wire fees.
  • The ability to pay in students’ own local currency.
  • Competitive foreign exchange rates.
  • Same day transfer and receipt confirmation for visa purposes and immigration agencies.
How it works?

Pay your fees via TransferMate using a simple 3 step process.

  1. Register on the secure TransferMate domain and enter your payment details.
  2. You’ll receive the exchange rate for that day, choose wire [bank] transfer or credit card as your payment method.
  3. Once funds are received by TransferMate, these funds are immediately transferred to UniHaven from a local account.

Payments can also be accommodated by direct bank transfer. Should you wish to do so, please email [email protected] and we will help you to make the direct transfer payment.

Non-payment of fees may result in students being expelled from our programmes.  Students who have not paid their fees within one calendar month of the date by which they should have paid, which will be communicated to them in advance, will be emailed by UniHaven to request immediate payment. The exception to this is where sponsors have paid on students’ behalf in which case, we will email the relevant body instead.

If fee requests are ignored and become non-payments, students may be expelled as a result. Such decisions will be made by UniHaven’s Executive Management Team and are final.

Late Payments

We will email the relevant student/parent/guardian/sponsor to request immediate payment. If the fees are not paid on time, then they will be classified as non-payments and dealt with as above.
