UniHaven

Fees, Payments and Refunds Policy

Fees

Any offer of a place at UniHaven is made on the understanding that the student has informed us that they/their parents/their guardians have sufficient funds to pay for their tuition and all associated study fees in full and have the financial means to support themselves for the entire duration of their programme.  Where relevant and agreed, we will accept fees on students’ behalf from their sponsors (i.e., Government, corporate etc.) but only when such agreements have been confirmed in writing.  All fees are associated with UniHaven programmes and services only. They do not include the fees for the third level University partner a student progresses to.

Fee Types
  • Tuition fees
    • Refers to the cost of your UniHaven programme of study.
  • Administration fees
    • Refers to fees for payments for services that we may provide to include accommodation arrangements, exams, appeals, registration, insurances, visa processing, travel arrangements etc.

UniHaven offers a variety of study options for students who wish to progress their studies with our University partners. When you study abroad with UniHaven you can rest assured that your pathway programme will provide you with a university offer at one of our partner Universities.

Below you will see a breakdown of tuition and other fees to study with UniHaven. Please note that UniHaven does provide a part Academic Scholarship for students based on their high school scores and interview. Flexible payment plans can be arranged.

Payments can also be accommodated by direct bank transfer. Should you wish to do so, please email studywithus@unihaven.ie and we will help you to make the direct transfer payment.

Non-Payments

Non-payment of fees may result in students being expelled from our programmes.  Students who have not paid their fees within one calendar month of the date by which they should have paid, which will be communicated to them in advance, will be emailed by UniHaven to request immediate payment. The exception to this is where sponsors have paid on students’ behalf in which case, we will email the relevant body instead.

If fee requests are ignored and become non-payments, students may be expelled as a result. Such decisions will be made by UniHaven’s Executive Management Team and are final.

Late Payments

We will email the relevant student/parent/guardian/sponsor to request immediate payment. If the fees are not paid on time, then they will be classified as non-payments and dealt with as above.
